Abstract

Connecting separate simulated virtual environments into a cohesive space can be resource-intensive, and methods using a single large, pre-built world may lack scalability and flexibility. This disclosure describes systems and methods that can connect disparate simulated environments by dynamically generating a transitional space. One or more machine learning models can asynchronously analyze existing starting and ending worlds to extract their characteristics into structured data objects. When a user initiates a transition, these data objects can be used to prompt a generative model to construct a new, interactive interpolated environment that can serve as a logical and aesthetic bridge. A localized model can then execute an image-to-video-to-image mechanism to facilitate a visual transition for the user between the worlds. This approach can provide a scalable and resource-efficient method for unifying virtual worlds, allowing individual environments to be updated or modified without a need to rebuild a larger, monolithic structure.
