Abstract
This paper presents the formal system architecture and engineering specifications for Technical Paper 301 (The Distributed Cloud Cage / USUE-M2M-REV3 Multi-Tenant Cloud Architecture). This work represents the structural scaling of the Eckes Drift-Control Lineage, moving the five-stage software-to-silicon meta-process of Technical Paper 300.3 out of localized chips and into massive, multi-tenant distributed cloud infrastructure fabrics. By replacing localized register checks with decentralized, cryptographic Hardware Security Module (HSM) enclaves, the 301 Architecture permanently neutralizes autoregressive token-bleeding, semantic drift, and prompt-sycophancy across globally distributed data centers. If an active server instance or tenant hypervisor attempts to cycle an illegal state transition or an uncausal calculation, a network-layer circuit breaker instantly cuts the virtual instance's power connection, isolating and purging the drift at the network boundary layer before a single corrupted bit can pollute the global cloud fabric.
