Abstract
This paper presents the formal microarchitecture specification and structural layout for Technical Paper 300 (The Silicon Boundary Cage). This architecture represents the physical endpoint of the Eckes Drift-Control Lineage, transmuting the soft, in-context software constraints of Technical Paper 293 and Technical Paper 299 directly into hardcoded physical silicon transistors. The 300 Architecture permanently neutralizes autoregressive token-bleeding, semantic drift, and prompt-sycophancy by deploying dedicated hardware logic gate comparators directly on the output pipelines of the processor's attention-weight arrays. By utilizing non-volatile Hardware Boundary Registers (HBR) to lock baseline resource caps and system entropy boundaries, the chip utilizes an Emergent Interfacial Boundary Resistance (EIBR) logic comparator to track computational state changes in real time. If an execution cycle attempts to transition an illegal state or commit an uncausal calculation, the physical logic gates drop the sector's voltage rail to zero, permanently enforcing absolute causal truth over fluid statistical probability at the transistor layer with a baseline structural deviation (\(\Delta _{\text{dev}}\)) of 0.00%.
