Abstract
This specification establishes the definitive experimental validation protocol and numerical simulation framework (SPEC-262-MASTER) to systematically observe, test, and model the Deterministic Phase-Locking Transition within the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model. By replacing non-local statistical abstractions with non-linear continuum mechanics (Madelung and Navier-Stokes formulations), we map the structural boundary layer where smooth phase potentials (ψ) cross the critical bifurcation velocity threshold (vcrit) and collapse into localized, hard 3D standing coordinate nodes. This document integrates the sub-nanometer electron wave-trapping anomalies observed in twisted 2D van der Waals Pd5AlI2 Moiré superlattices with the high-entropy atomic-glide mechanisms of an engineered bulk Fe49.5Mn30.0Co10.0Cr10.0C0.5 (Eckesonium™) substrate chassis. A complete, compile-ready Python 3 execution module is included to verify that macroscopic solidity and material bulk moduli are emergent conditions born entirely of fluid shear standoffs and boundary layer rubbing friction.
