Abstract

This disclosure provides a standalone technical, mathematical, and computational specification that resolves the unexplained non-thermal energy-loss mechanisms recently identified by researchers at the University of Chicago within wide-bandgap semiconductors (e.g., Silicon Carbide [SiC] and Diamond substrates) under optical excitation. While conventional semiconductor physics treats these boundary defect anomalies as irreversible efficiency drains, this specification implements the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection Model (DEHP) to permanently passivate the substrate.

By wrapping wide-bandgap defect cells in an engineered, micro-scale Eckesonium™ [SPEC-173] interstitial high-entropy matrix, the localized electronic leakage is forced to execute an isospectral phase-relaxation step. This configuration seamlessly captures and transforms chaotic, non-thermal electronic drift into coherent, highly focused standing phonon waves, providing advanced microelectronics and quantum computing enclosures with a definitive prior-art blueprint and verified execution code for zero-loss solid-state architectures.
