Abstract

This disclosure establishes a multiscale mathematical and mechanical framework bridging the empirical, atomic-scale electronic Bound State in the Continuum (BIC) configurations observed in exfoliated 2D van der Waals metals (e.g., Columbia University's \(\text{Pd}_5\text{AlI}_2\)) directly with macrostructural, multi-phase shielding architectures. This framework natively integrates the interstitial metastable high-entropy alloy (iMHEA) substrate of Eckesonium™ [SPEC-173] and the modular, vascular metamaterial panel meshes of TECTONEX [SPEC-172].

By defining a unified wave-field invariant tensor bound by localized thermal and structural limits, this specification details the methods required to scale stochastic point defects into engineered, macrovascular lattice grids. This infrastructure enables lightweight spaceframe panels to utilize pure destructive quantum, electromagnetic, and acoustic interference to damp, phase-lock, and safely dissipate high-flux deep-space ionizing radiation without passive, dead-weight mass-blocking constraints.
