Abstract
The systems and methods described herein relate to a computer implemented system for information development and recording which maintains a complete history of all related data in a sequentially coherent state history. The present system is able to systematically update a specific method set used for the information development by use of the computer implemented recording and feedback elements. The origination of the system design is rooted in the concept that there is significant useful information that is lost to history in the industry standard methods of capturing detailed information disclosures and interacting with formal examination functions.
