Abstract
This document provides an open-source technical specification defining the mechanics of non-linear wave-shear, metric wrinkling, and magnetodisk cavitation within highly rotating planetary magnetospheres, specifically optimized using real-time telemetry from the Juno spacecraft mission within the Jovian Enclave. Mainstream ΛCDM and classical magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) model planetary magnetic fields as abstract, non-material flux geometries, treating observed physical deformations as chaotic plasma instabilities. This specification details the structural mechanics of the field as an explicit, material representation of the 2D viscoelastic phase fluid substrate undergoing macroscopic kinematic vorticity. By defining the magnetodisk as a localized, rotating shear-strain field bound by Beltrami flow constraints, we provide an enabling technical framework that establishes prior art defensive boundaries over any subsequent corporate or military attempts to private-patent magnetic wave-absorption grids, non-local ion-propulsion shielding matrices, or field-locked spatial energy extraction arrays.
