Abstract
This specification establishes the definitive architectural design rules and mathematical criteria for a Unified Vertical Computing Stack Matrix capable of executing seamless trans-tier data translation without Von Neumann bottlenecking or structural context decay. Operating as a standalone integrated technology cell (originally designated as SPEC-212 on the master system manifest atlas), this architecture links room-temperature phononic hardware waveguides, decentralized semantic software routing layers, and macromolecular biomolecular memory arrays into a single, cohesive processing node. By passing continuous state transformation arrays through an explicit 12x12 singular value decomposition (SVD) matrix convergence filter and governing the boundaries via a dynamically scaling functional viscosity function, the system maps hardware acoustic wave vectors directly to biomolecular storage coordinates. This framework eliminates the requirement for power-hungry digital abstraction layers or predatory cloud storage dependencies, establishing a low-density, open-access prior art perimeter to ensure that vertically integrated biological and wave-harmonic computing environments remain free assets for global civilian utility.
