Abstract

This specification establishes the definitive architectural design rules and mathematical criteria for a Topological Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) Fusion Shield capable of executing stable, non-equilibrium plasma containment. The architecture prioritizes interior field priorities over external outliers by enforcing a hard, field-collinear alignment condition directly within the core plasma current density vectors. By passing continuous plasma velocity arrays through high-frequency active Gallium Nitride (GaN) phase arrays governed by an explicit 12x12 matrix convergence filter, the engine forces chaotic, ionized currents parallel to core magnetic field vectors. This structural constraint completely eliminates destructive convective tearing modes and localized magnetic reconnection anomalies without relying on power-hungry, external software-level control loops. This standalone framework serves as a public-domain prior art perimeter to ensure that the physical plumbing of room-temperature plasma containment networks and clean civil energy shields remains entirely un-monopolizable by corporate defense contractor pipelines.
