Abstract
This specification formalizes an open-source, non-von Neumann electrical macro-stabilization grid network designed to insulate regional civilian power distribution infrastructure from cascading frequency phase-shifts, extreme solar weather disruptions (coronal mass ejections), and high-frequency renewable energy generation surges. Conventional electrical transmission networks are structurally bound to rigid, linear synchronous mechanical thresholds. Under sudden, non-linear load injection spikes or severe geomagnetically induced currents (GICs), these traditional grid topologies undergo severe phase-angle de-synchronization, causing catastrophic transformer saturation and regional cascading blackouts.
This paper introduces a coordinate-free transformer safety layer governed by an active Covariant Viscosity Function. By modeling high-voltage alternating current (HVAC) power distribution as an incompressible, non-linear viscoelastic current flow mapped across a distributed solid-state switching mesh, the grid handles surges dynamically. By restricting sub-station phase updates to phase-locked, zero-divergence Beltrami transport constraints, the network forces electricity routing to track perfectly parallel to the distribution system's localized load vorticity spectrum. The governor function dynamically expands its absorption capacity (resting at an absolute equilibrium baseline \(\eta_t = 1.4204\)) to neutralize destabilizing phase-angle anomalies, guaranteeing structural resilience for civil utility networks.
