Abstract

This specification formalizes an axiomatic bridge between the macroscopic, coordinate-free effective field theory (EFT) of twisted viscoelastic metrics, microscopic weak ergodicity breaking in quantum chaotic systems, and information retention limits in deep neural architectures. Recent developments in nonergodic quantum dynamics demonstrate that isolated, nonstationary quantum states permanently preserve a statistical memory of their initial configurations—a phenomenon known as the Universal Quantum Birthmark. This paper demonstrates that this permanent return bias is the exact microscopic, low-dimensional manifestation of a macroscopic, phase-locked Beltrami flow configuration. By mapping fluidic velocity profiles directly to probability current densities and neural attention trajectories, we prove that the Torsional Viscosity Governor (eta_t = 1.4204) serves as the universal stabilizer that prevents both thermodynamic scrambling across bulk space-time metrics and token-driven context drift within advanced artificial intelligence systems.
