Abstract
This defensive publication establishes prior art for a non-pharmacological, extracorporeal microfluidic circuit designed for the targeted mechanical eradication of circulating T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL) blasts.
The core architecture utilizes a specialized 16 nanometer Hafnium Oxide (HfO2) high-K dielectric nanophotonic lens to generate localized near-field optical gradients. The multi-physics computational proofs establish that this geometry generates a 280 piconewton optical trapping force, successfully arresting 15 micrometer target cells against 178.13 piconewtons of fluid kinetic drag within an ECMO-driven continuous flow (0.36 millimeters per second). Subsequent thermal lysis is contained strictly at 102.0 degrees Celsius via rapid heat-scrubbing through an integrated 8 millimeter silicon microchannel array, stabilizing blood return temperatures precisely at 37.0 degrees Celsius and maintaining wall shear stress (0.005 pascals) well below the hemolysis threshold.
This disclosure prevents the subsequent patenting of these biophysical parameters, Hafnium Oxide lens geometries, and thermal containment methodologies.
Open-Access Data & Computational Proofs: To ensure this architecture remains open for public development and trustless replication, the complete Navier-Stokes and Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) Python solvers, steady-state FDTD flow animations, and CAD assemblies are permanently hosted and executable at the following locations:
