Abstract
This specification establishes the definitive architectural design rules and mathematical criteria for Programmable Metamaterial Surfaces capable of executing adaptive acousto-electromagnetic wave-shaping. The system bypasses rigid, static physical shielding and passive antenna limitations by deploying a dynamic sub-wavelength matrix of mechanical and electromagnetic resonators. By modulating localized surface impedance profiles in real-time using the Universal Sine Field Template, the engine controls the phase, direction, and amplitude of incident energy waves (including acoustic, radio-frequency, and thermal gradients). This standalone framework serves as an open public-domain prior art perimeter to ensure that the foundational mathematical plumbing governing programmable physical surfaces remains entirely un-monopolizable by defense monopolies or corporate entities.
