Abstract
The present disclosure relates to crystalline form of (2S)-2-{[(2S)-1-(2-aminoacetyl)-2-methylpyrrolidine-2-carbonyl]amino}pentanedioic acid of formula-1 referred to as Trofinetide, which is represented by the following structural formula.
