Abstract
This disclosure describes Bio-Architectural Morphogenesis, a conceptual framework in which an engineered, highly proliferative cell chassis is programmed to form load-bearing structures through externally guided morphogenesis and terminal biomineralization. It covers chassis selection tiers, separation of proliferation from invasiveness, positional-readout and boundary-triggered hardening modules, a layered biocontainment architecture, a two-compartment growth model with a diffusion-limited active layer showing that perfusion governs scale, a containment failure estimate, comparison of target material properties with bone and concrete, a hybrid hardening and self-repair design, environmental, ethical and regulatory considerations, and a staged validation roadmap.
