Abstract
This invention fixes a memory seat issue that occurs when a key fob (or Phone As Key) is shared among users. Normally, the seat auto-adjusts to a saved position linked to the key fob, but if a different-sized person uses it, the seat still moves incorrectly, causing discomfort. The invention detects this occupant mismatch by using the driver facing camera and prevents unwanted repositioning.
