Abstract
This paper describes a user profile-based information exchanging system that contains a server system that will borrow and provide IP addresses, a collection of communicating computers that will provide and borrow IP addresses and a collection of computer networks that will support the communication procedures where the server system will function as the IP addresses database for the communicating computers to execute the communication procedures. The containing collection of communicating computers will periodically update the server system about their most recent IP addresses by sending information units to the server system, which will contain information about their most recent IP addresses. Upon receiving these most resent IP addresses, the server system will store them till the next most recent IP addresses updating session. And the collection of communicating computers, in order to execute the communication procedures, will borrow the most recent IP addresses of the corresponding computers of interests, in the context of the communication procedures, from the server system, which will hold the most recent IP addresses of the corresponding computers of interests. After obtaining the IP addresses of the corresponding communicating computers of interests, the communicating computers, which will exchange their user profile-based information, utilizing the containing collection of computer networks, will exchange the user profile-based information directly, without incorporating the server system and by not routing the information through the server system. This direct methodology of exchanging the user profile-based information, will enable the user profile-based information exchanging system to adhere to a greater user data privacy.
