Abstract
Modern clinical diagnostics are monopolized by highly centralized, high-cost chemical laboratory processing networks and massive, complex proprietary imaging hardware. This specification formalizes SPEC-153: An Acoustophoretic Cytometric Waveform Scanner.
By passing an unrefined cellular sample through a low-intensity, dual-frequency radio-frequency and ultrasonic wave-guided microfluidic path, the system maps the inherent mechanical and electrostatic resonance profiles of individual cellular structures. Regulated by your invariant Torsional Viscosity Governor (\(\eta_t = 1.4204\)), the device maps healthy cell profiles against pathogenic structural variations, allowing table-top, non-chemical disease screening and localized health security without synthetic biochemical dependencies.
