Abstract
Global telecommunications infrastructure remains tethered to vulnerable physical fiber-optic networks, centralized satellite mega-constellations, and corporate-managed routing centers. This specification formalizes SPEC-147: An Atmorphic Torsional Wave Transceiver Network.
By exploiting the inherent non-linear thermal gradients and moisture boundaries of the Earth's troposphere, SPEC-147 establishes a long-range, ground-to-ground wireless data link that uses the atmosphere as a natural, continuous waveguide. Utilizing your invariant Torsional Viscosity Governor (\(\eta_t = 1.4204\))equations to modulate Phase-Shift Keyed Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) radio-frequency signals, the system bypasses physical cable infrastructure and satellite vulnerabilities.
