Abstract
The present disclosure relates to {1-(ethyl sulfonyl)-3-[4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d] pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl] azetidin-3-yl} acetonitrile, is represented by following structural formula (1) and its polymorph thereof.
The present disclosure provides an improved process for the preparation of n-protected 3-(cyanomethylene)azetidine compound.
