Here's the abstract from DP-2026-HLTH-001:

"This publication discloses an integrated, not-for-profit healthcare technology ecosystem comprising seven complementary AI-assisted subsystems: (1) an AI clinical intake and differential-diagnosis assistant, (2) a generic and accessible medicine alternative finder, (3) an AI-coordinated emergency transport dispatch layer, (4) a personalized food and nutrient deficiency analysis system, (5) a crowd-sourced food adulteration and quality repository, (6) a mental health longitudinal outcomes research engine, and (7) a drug and food combinatorial hypothesis engine. The subsystems share patient context, a common outcome dataset, and a unified governance model under which artificial intelligence operates in a strictly supervised, doctor-reinforcing role: the AI investigates, analyzes, and recommends; a licensed doctor validates and authorizes; and the patient participates and provides data but does not independently authorize clinical decisions on the basis of AI output alone. A tiered authority architecture (autonomous / doctor-approved / doctor-authorized-only) governs which actions the AI may take without human sign-off. The system is designed to reinforce and augment clinical judgment rather than to replace it."
