Abstract

CCWE‑1.0 is a modular, container‑scale clean‑water engine that accepts:

  • Floodwater

  • Sewage‑contaminated surface water

  • Industrial brines

  • Saline wells

  • Atmospheric humidity

and outputs:

  • Potable water (where validated)

  • Decontaminated non‑potable water (for industrial/ag use)

  • Mapped waste streams (sludge, spent media, brine)

It integrates:

  • Hydrodynamic cavitation (CPR‑1.0)

  • Plasma‑assisted destruction (CPR‑1.0)

  • Microbubble oxidation (MBR‑1.0)

  • Conventional filtration and adsorption (POL‑1.0)

  • Atmospheric water harvesting (AWH‑1.0)

  • Telemetry and safety control (CTL‑1.0)

  • Waste stream handling (WST‑1.0)

  • Power and structural backbone (PWR‑1.0)

All subsystems use standard industrial components and conservative operating envelopes so labs, utilities, and humanitarian teams can build, test, and iterate without proprietary parts or hidden parameters.
