Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a novel polymorphic form of the hydrochloride salt of compound of formula (I). More particularly, the disclosure relates to a crystalline  polymorphic form of the hydrochloride salt of compound of formula (I), process for its preparation, and its use in the preparation of Nirogacestat dihydrobromide having high purity and reduced levels of stereoisomeric impurities.
