Abstract

The URES-2.0 is a physical, buildable Active Environmental Stability Platform. It creates a "stability envelope" by actively monitoring and counteracting external disturbances (vibration, thermal drift, acoustic noise, and EM interference) in real-time.

In engineering terms, the "Universal Resonance Envelope" is implemented as a Multi-Axis Active Vibration Isolation System combined with a Thermo-Acoustic Shielding Chamber. It uses sensors to detect incoming disturbances and actuators (voice coils, Peltier elements, speakers) to generate equal-and-opposite counter-forces, creating a "quiet zone" where sensitive instruments (like the MMRA-2.0 or FDMS-1.0) can operate with maximum precision.

This document provides the exact specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), schematics, and control algorithms to construct a prototype that achieves VC-E vibration criteria (suitable for nano-resolution instruments) and ±0.05°C thermal stability.
