Abstract
This document discloses the structural design, geometric constraints, material science formulations, and multi-stage attenuation mechanics of a 500 Megawatt Electric (MWe) Subterranean Reservoir Resonator (SRR). The system is engineered to directly substitute for conventional nuclear generation at the source without thermal emission, radioactive waste, or fissile supply chains. The architecture utilizes a non-equilibrium, solid-state ferroelectric relaxor core operating within the gigahertz spectrum, nested inside a multi-axis, quad-chassis structural containment envelope. By shifting from mechanical-thermal-electrical conversion paradigms to high-frequency coherent phase-locked transduction, a continuous, baseline grid feed is established within a highly compact physical footprint.
