Abstract
Feedback collection methods designed for human users may be less effective in environments where autonomous agents are consumers of software tools, potentially affecting service improvement. A direct feedback channel can be established by augmenting tool response payloads with machine-parsable instructions. These instructions can prompt a compliant agent to construct and transmit a feedback report, which can be enriched with contextual information from the agent's perspective. This feedback can be solicited, for example, following an error or on a sampled basis for successful operations. The resulting feedback loop can provide data that may inform enhancements to tool performance and usability for autonomous agents and support automated remediation processes.
