Abstract
This specification provides the foundational, production-ready C++ reference implementation for executing the timing audit loops required by the Hardware-Level Zero-Trust Attestation Protocol (HZAP). Designed for distributed, edge-compute multi-agent network topologies, this module demonstrates how to enforce strict physical silicon latency verification windows (Δ τ ≤ 0.042ms) to isolate local tensor execution environments against microcode virtualization or out-of-band firmware monitoring.
