Abstract
The present publication describes a centralized network orchestration approach that enhances routing protocol monitoring streams with real-time link-bandwidth metadata. By embedding bandwidth data directly into monitoring messages, the system bypasses edge router routing tables to conserve memory and facilitate dynamic load balancing without out-of-band telemetry correlation.
