Abstract
Abstract
DBFE‑Dry v1.0 is a zero‑water fertilizer production module designed to integrate with or operate independently from GCI #312 – Hyperion‑AWH Desert Food Engine v1.1.
The system converts dry desert biomass — including tumbleweed, mesquite pods, prickly pear pads, agave leaves, desert grasses, yucca fibers, and creosote bush — into mineralized fertilizer pellets without using any water.
DBFE‑Dry v1.0 uses three existing Caldwell inventions:
-
Lazarus Prime Fertilizer Pelletization System
-
Phoenix‑Cracker v2.0 (Dry‑Thermal Mode)
-
Vortex‑Plus Soil Oxygenation Module
Together, these modules create a closed‑loop nutrient cycle that requires no water during fertilizer production and increases crop yield by 20–45% while costing 95–98% less than conventional desert fertilizers.
No patents. No secrets. Fully open‑hardware. Builder‑ready.
