Abstract
This document compiles comments 1–21, which chronologically develop and formalize Ψ-Theory — an ontological framework where time (Ψ-field) is the primary metric of reality, and gravity, mass, and quantum phenomena emerge from its dynamics. It addresses the crises of modern cosmology (dark matter, dark energy, Hubble tension) and quantum mechanics (measurement, non-locality) by replacing ad-hoc entities with a single causal principle. The comments include testable predictions (BH shadow shift, underground chronometry, Tully-Fisher derivation) and propose a phase diagram of reality from (4,2) to (0,-2).
