Abstract
The present invention relates to 5-fluoro-1-(2-fluorobenzyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b] pyridine-3-carboximidamide hydrate, is represented by following structural formula (5) and its process for the preparation thereof.
The present invention also relates to crystalline form of 5-fluoro-1-(2-fluorobenzyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b] pyridine-3-carboximidamide hydrate of Formula (5) and its process for the preparation thereof.
The present invention further relates to use of 5-fluoro-1-(2-fluorobenzyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b] pyridine-3-carboximidamide hydrate of Formula (5) for the preparation of Methyl {4,6-diamino-2-[5-fluoro-1-(2-fluorobenzyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b] pyridin-3-yl] pyrimidin-5-yl} carbamate, is represented by following structural formula (1).
