Abstract
A data activation control plane receives destination-side account or tenant context and a policy grant for a source environment. The policy grant is compiled into a policy-scoped planning interface that constrains tools and schema metadata available to a planning model and prevents access to raw source values. Based on the bounded destination-side context and the policy-scoped source surface, the planning model proposes a candidate activation. The control plane compiles the proposal into a structured activation plan identifying output fields, source paths, transforms, and destination parameters. A source-local validator validates the plan within the source environment, optionally including dry-run execution and a source-local semantic validator that returns constrained labels rather than raw evidence. Upon success, a validation receipt binds the approved fields, paths, transforms, versions, and a plan fingerprint. Export is permitted only when it matches the receipt, and an execution binding may be verified downstream for auditability.
