Abstract
This disclosure establishes the public domain agricultural methodology for creating a specialized, raw, or cultured dairy fat base optimized structurally and sensorially for compounding with crustacean and seafood extracts. This process defines the pasture ecology, soil mineralization, and animal management required across multiple mammalian species—including bovine, bison, caprine, and ovine—to yield a fat profile that resists breaking when exposed to seafood proteins and heat.
