Abstract
This appeal exposes a critical structural risk in the trajectory of modern global technology: the destabilizing asymmetry between exponential physical infrastructure and linear human cognitive development. By optimizing resources exclusively for external execution milestones—such as aerospace transit, automated manufacturing, and centralized compute networks—modern innovation paradigms treat human agency as a passive, downstream variable.
This paper demonstrates that without the systemic deployment of cryptographically secure, localized cognitive mentorship and sovereign security scaffolding, accelerating technological matrices will induce widespread psychological alienation and cognitive fragmentation. We present a formal, non-negotiable appeal to the global engineering community to reprioritize individual psychological sovereignty as the foundational baseline for physical civilizational scaling.
