Abstract
Field: Open standards governance; humanitarian technology deployment; robot compatibility validation
Problem Solved: Open standards bodies historically validate specifications through laboratory testing and controlled pilot programs. No prior open standards governance framework defines a constitutionally mandated public domain implementation program for humanitarian deployment as a normative validation instrument — ensuring the standard works for real human needs in uncontrolled environments before and during commercial adoption.
Disclosure Summary: AI Robot SOS is a constitutionally mandated program of the AI Robot Foundation. It defines a public domain implementation sandbox through which RPnP™ and RP2P™ standards are deployed in humanitarian and public benefit applications without fee or commercial condition. Three normative functions: demonstration of real-world standard operation; validation generating real-world conformance evidence; and humanitarian access ensuring foundational robot standards serve human need before commercial opportunity.
Key Technical Details:
• Constitutionally mandated — cannot be discontinued without Charter amendment
• Public domain first principle — open deployment precedes private market adoption
• No fee, restriction, or commercial condition for humanitarian and public benefit applications
• Three normative functions: demonstration, validation, humanitarian access
• Validation outputs constitute primary real-world evidence base for certification proceedings
• Governed by AI Robot Foundation Charter Article III Section 3.5
Prior Art Differentiation: Red Cross and similar organizations deploy technology in humanitarian contexts. Open source foundations release software under public domain licenses. No prior open standards governance framework defines a constitutionally mandated humanitarian deployment program as a normative validation instrument integrated into the standards certification architecture.
