Abstract

This paper describes a composite light capturing configuration that have the capability to function as an eye tracking device when pointed in the direction of the eye and that have the capability to function as a scene capturing device when pointed in the direction of the scene the eye is observing. The entire composite light capturing configuration will consist of a cyclically configured composite beam splitter configuration, a cyclically configured composite camera configuration and a centrally located cross like light occluding structure. The containing cyclically configured composite beam splitter configuration will have the capability to direct light rays onto the cyclically configured composite camera configuration where the cyclically directed light rays will be collected in a cyclical manner. In addition to that, the containing centrally located cross like light occluding structure will block any non-required light rays from entering into the cyclically configured composite camera configuration. The composite light capturing configuration, by pointing in the direction of the eye of the user of the composite light capturing configuration and by positioning at the center of the field of vision of the user, will gain capability to capture the movements of the eye. And the composite light capturing configuration, by pointing in the direction of the scene that is visible to the eye of the user of the composite light capturing configuration and by positioning at the center of the field of vision of the user, will gain capability to capture the exact scene visible to the eye.
