CORES v1.0 is an open‑hardware, engineering‑only outbreak‑resilience system designed for rapid construction, testing, and field evaluation. It integrates: a hardened isolation micro‑habitat with pressure‑cascade air handling; a vortex‑induction air curtain; a multi‑stage filtration and decontamination stack; a sealed waste‑neutralization pathway; a distributed aerosol‑sentinel mesh; and a non‑invasive triage‑support module. All modules are physics‑based, non‑biological, and safe for engineering research. No biological manipulation, culturing, or pathogen‑handling instructions are included. All components use standard materials and fabrication methods accessible to typical engineering labs. This document includes: full build descriptions, text‑only schematics, blueprint‑style geometry, test procedures, failure‑mode analysis, and projected engineering performance.
