Abstract
The present invention relates to novel solid-state forms of Oveporexton (N-[(2S,3R)-2-[[3-(3,5-difluorophenyl)-2-fluorophenyl]methyl]-4,4-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropanoyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl]ethanesulfonamide). Specifically, this invention covers detailed manufacturing procedures and physical criteria for crystalline Form A, crystalline Form B, pure amorphous forms, organic solvates, and stable amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs) of Oveporexton, methods for their preparation, and their use in pharmaceutical compositions to treat hypersomnia disorders and narcolepsy.
