Abstract
The present disclosure relates to novel solid-state forms of Apecotrep (chemically known as [4-(6-amino-3-pyridazinyl)-1-piperidinyl][5-(4-fluorophenoxy)-4-methoxy-2-pyridinyl]methanone). These include crystalline polymorphs, amorphous forms, pharmaceutical cocrystals, and amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs). The disclosure further encompasses methods for preparing these solid-state forms and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, particularly for the treatment of transient receptor potential channel C6 (TRPC6)-mediated disorders such as primary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS).
