Abstract
The Caldwell Integrated Food Resilience System (CIFRS) is an open-hardware conceptual architecture intended to increase food production in water-limited, climate-challenged, and resource-constrained environments.
The system integrates previously disclosed Technical Disclosure Commons (TDC) inventions involving atmospheric water harvesting, agricultural microclimate management, seed conditioning, nutrient recovery, fertilizer production, wastewater recovery, soil enhancement, and environmental control.
The objective is not merely to grow crops, but to establish resilient food-production ecosystems capable of operating in deserts, drought-prone regions, degraded soils, disaster zones, and emerging agricultural frontiers.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PRIOR DISCLOSURES
Many of the subsystems described herein are based upon previously disclosed public-domain inventions posted on Technical Disclosure Commons (TDC).
Readers are encouraged to review the original disclosures for additional engineering detail, theoretical foundations, subsystem architectures, and implementation concepts.
