Abstract

This disclosure describes an open‑hardware, physics‑based architecture for accelerating diagnostic workflows and bioprocess engineering using vortex‑acoustofluidic modules. The system integrates vortex‑induced lysis, acoustic particle isolation, micro‑lattice thermal control, and continuous‑flow kinetic refinement to reduce the time required for molecular analysis and biomolecule purification. No biological agents, reagents, or clinical claims are included. All components are conceptual and released under CERN‑OHL‑P to support global research, prototyping, and humanitarian engineering.
