Abstract
TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT: PRIOR ART RECORD

I. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The current industrial paradigm is deeply saturated with and reliant upon toxic petrochemical polymers, fluoropolymer coatings (PFAS), and non-biodegradable synthetic resins. Even inside modern manufacturing and digital fabrication toolsets, users are forced to utilize toxic photopolymer resins or cut plastics that generate dangerous airborne microplastics. Furthermore, conventional electromagnetic propulsion and power-generation systems are severely throttled by mechanical bearing friction, thermal dissipation, and blunt magnetic cogging drag (stiction) during pole transition. The invention disclosed herein entirely eliminates petrochemical dependence by creating an ultra-high-efficiency, friction-free toroidal flywheel constructed exclusively from raw botanical and non-synthetic earth minerals.
II. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE GEOMETRY AND COMPONENTS The structural system of the Magneto Taurus Energy Engine is divided into four interconnected, non-petrochemical architectural assemblies:
1. Toroidal Vacuum Housing Assembly The structural envelope of the engine comprises a closed, vacuum-sealed torus (donut-shaped) chamber. This housing is precision lathe-turned out of dense, self-lubricating, non-conductive natural hardwoods, specifically selected from Lignum Vitae or African Blackwood, ensuring the casing contains zero synthetic plastic resins or polymer binders. A completely frictionless magnetic rotor ring is suspended and spins entirely inside this evacuated vacuum track to eradicate all aerodynamic drag forces.
2. Tapered, Curved Cone Magnetic Arrays The floating internal rotor ring features an embedded, continuous array of custom-machined, curved, tapered Neodymium N52 permanent magnets. The physical tapering of the cones creates a progressive magnetic flux gradient along the path of the torus. This uneven distribution of magnetic flux acts as a geometric ramp, causing the rotor ring to naturally accelerate forward down the slope toward the highly concentrated narrow apex of each cone.
3. Passive Elemental Bismuth Diamagnetic Levitation Track To achieve 100% passive, non-electric levitation and completely bypass the software requirements of digital microcontrollers, the lower face of the rotor ring is configured into a Horizontal Halbach Array (North-South-North-South). The stationary guide track directly beneath it is cast with a 1.5mm layer of 99.99% pure elemental Bismuth. Because Bismuth is strongly diamagnetic, it repels both magnetic poles equally. This interaction creates a stable, self-centering, floating 2.0mm air gap. The integration of the diamagnetic Bismuth rails cancels internal wobble and stabilizes the system passively, operating outside the geometric constraints of Earnshaw's Theorem.
4. Self-Commutating Mechanical-Inductive Timing Loops To neutralize the severe backward magnetic pull ("the hook effect") felt when the rotor tries to exit the concentrated tip of the tapered cone apex, a hardware-level inductive feedback loop is deployed for automatic gating: A. Trigger Element: A sharp, wedge-shaped Neodymium trigger magnet is permanently fixed to the spinning rotor, precisely aligned with the location of each cone apex. B. Pickup Element: Stationary iron-core pickup coils, wound 1,200 times with ultra-fine AWG 40 silk-insulated copper wire, sit directly across a 1.5mm air gap. C. Execution: As the cone tip enters the lock zone, the rapid cutting of flux across the 1,200 turns generates an instantaneous high-voltage pulse via Faraday's Law of Induction. This electrical spike immediately trips a solid-state gate, dumping kinetic energy (previously harvested from the acceleration phase and stored in green graphene supercapacitors) directly back into a localized stator coil. This creates a temporary, localized North-vs-North repelling counter-magnetic field that pushes the rotor past the equilibrium sticky point.
