Abstract

This disclosure presents a modular skid-mounted industrial wastewater treatment system designed for variable and contaminated aqueous industrial streams. The system integrates staged flow equalization, hydrocyclone separation, hydrodynamic cavitation conditioning, electrochemical or precipitation-based treatment, and modular adsorption/ion exchange capture stages, followed by final polishing filtration. Outputs are separated into reusable water, concentrated recovery streams, and a stabilized hazardous residual stream for immobilization. The system is designed for pilot-scale evaluation under real industrial feed conditions with emphasis on fouling reduction, operational stability, and selective contaminant concentration performance.
