Abstract
This disclosure describes a fully (online only conceptual ) buildable, BSL‑2‑compatible, two‑module research platform for Andes hantavirus (ANDV) detection and cytokine‑adsorption testing. The system consists of:
-
A bead‑based, chemical‑lysis, LAMP‑CRISPR diagnostic cartridge (GCI #270‑H test v1).
-
A low‑shear gyroid‑lattice hemoperfusion mockup for IL‑6 adsorption studies (GCI #300‑HR test v1).
All components use off‑the‑shelf materials, standard molecular biology tools, and basic 3D printing. This disclosure is released freely to the public domain for global research use, modification, and replication.
