Abstract
An innovative, immersive English learning tool, referred to as 'MyVocab', is proposed herein that can be integrated into a client of a collaboration service. The English learning tool may enhance language acquisition by categorizing vocabulary based on user preferences, such as proficiency level and interests, and updating word lists in real-time during collaboration sessions (e.g., online meetings, etc.). The tool may offer Basic and Smart modes for in-session engagement by providing definitions, usage, and pronunciation for selected words, while also adjusting difficulty levels and offering predictive text assistance. Following a collaboration session, the tool may serve as a standalone application (app), allowing users to review and practice with vocabulary in the context of actual meeting recordings, fostering a deeper immersion in language learning.
