Abstract
Efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the transport industry are critical in addressing global emissions. Employee commuting contributes significantly to emissions in the transportation industry (Scope 3 emissions). To overcome this issue, proposed herein is Dynamic Employee Emissions Management (DEEM), a system and method for dynamic urban mobility management in transportation networks, calculating emissions from employee commuting (under Scope 3, Category 7).
