Abstract
Software operators observe their systems using attributes and metrics that are custom or unique to their systems, however the software developers involved in architecting and building the software may not have included factors related to observability. Additionally, issues such as user privacy, security and missing data while capturing a sample of the data can cause problems to implement observability. Proposed herein are techniques using HyperText Markup Language (HTML) Document Object Model (DOM) that implements iteratively scanning the subtree and sub-objects to provide the user with an easy-to-browse list of data objects that they may want to monitor for a browser, a mobile application, or the like.
