Abstract

In contemporary document processing, the inability of conventional scanners to selectively scan and convert specific paragraphs within documents poses a significant challenge. This limitation restricts users from efficiently highlighting and emphasizing desired content during the scanning and printing process, thereby hindering productivity and effective communication. To address this gap, a proposed solution involves integrating a delimiter marking system within the original document. This system empowers users to designate start and end points for scanning operations by inserting delimiter markers, enabling scanners to interpret and execute corresponding tasks. The solution enhances user control and flexibility in document processing workflows, allowing for the efficient extraction and emphasis of specific content as needed. This abstract outline the problem statement and proposed solution, emphasizing the importance of bridging the gap in scanner functionality to meet diverse user needs and enhance document processing efficiency.
