Abstract
The disclosure attempts to resolve a potential communication barrier: Users with hearing and/or speaking disability often use ‘Sign Language’ to communicate with one another. But not everyone understands Sign Language. Even Sign Languages differ from one country/region to another, hence a local identification is required.
